All materials are included in your ticket price-be sure to read the additional details below!
You Will Learn: how to plan and place a design on clothing, methods for transferring a design to clothing, and basic embroidery skills specific to clothing
Included in Your Class Kit ($40 value):
Your choice of Adiemade floral designs to embroider on your clothes.
Supplies to apply a design to your garment (fabric pen, stabilizer, stick and stitch paper)
Embroidery hoop, needles, thimble, and floss for the project
Written instructions
Illustrated stitch guide
Embroidery tips and tricks guide
There will also be snacks and a glass of wine or non-alcoholic sparkling drinks included!
Each class participant will need to bring an item of clothing of their choice. Denim (especially denim jackets), cotton, wool, flannel, or linen are great options for this project. Thinner cotton knits (or tee shirts) are good choices, but may be more challenging for the beginner. If you’d like to embroider on a knit, a sweatshirt is a good middle option. Lighter colors are easier to apply designs to. Can’t decide on the garment? You’re not alone! Bring a few options, or reach out for further guidance.
